Often there can be something quite charming about a staycation in the countryside; the beautiful scenery, the cosy pubs and the scenic walks.

This cute cottage in the Welsh village of Felindre may not officially be associated with Disney, but inside it’s been decked out to look just like the cottage in Disney’s hit film Snow White.
Heart-shaped carvings on the staircase and a grandfather clock have been picked specifically to recreate the animated setting – you can take a sneak peek inside here.

As for the outdoors, you’ll be surrounded by 200 acres of garden grounds and woodlands – the perfect fairytale setting.

If that’s not exciting enough here is a tower that has some serious Rapunzel-worthy credentials. Nestled away in the heart of Snowdonia National Park, you can find the stunning Brynkir Tower.
A Gothic tower that’s Grade II listed, it’s hidden amidst lush green trees, so it’s ideal for those after a remote stay.

Indoors you’ll find spacious rooms with double beds, as well as cosy alcoves that easily double up as reading nooks. Oh, and the freestanding bathtub is a must after a day of exploring the countryside.
